TERMS OF SERVICE

Here you can find all the Terms of Service. Be sure to follow them correctly.

Character Usage

  1. MEAST character design should not be copied, modified or adapted to any other character, by any means.

  2. When drawing MEAST, credits should be given to Kido_en_PNG .

  3. This character cannot be used for commercial purposes.

  4. You can draw or write adult content of any kind if following the Terms of Service and character information provided.

  5. MEAST can be dressed up in different clothes. However you may not change the base design.

  6. Official artworks are free to use, if following the Terms of Service.

Voicebank Usage

  1. Voicebank names should be written with correct use of caps.

  2. Any name used to call the voicebank that is not stated in this website is not accepted.

  3. Sexual and violent themes are admited if following the Terms of Service.

  4. Voicebank can be used in combination with other voicebanks.

  5. Editing audio from this voicebank in any way, it's prohibited.

  6. Oto.ini files are not recommended to be touched, but free to edit as you may need.

  7. This voicebanks are only for UTAU, unless stated otherwise in this website.

Commercial Use

  1. As it has been stated before, commercial use of MEAST as a character is prohibited.

  2. Songs made with any MEAST voicebank are free to be used for commercial use.

Redistribution

  1. It is prohibited to redistribute MEAST by any unofficial means.

  2. If this voicebank is discontinued, you can not distribute it again.

  3. Taking the voicebank and changing any of the information distributed officialy with it, such as name of the voicebank, is prohibited.

Prohibited Behaviour

The following content is NOT prohibited:

  1. Creating sexual content with the character MEAST or the voicebanks.

  2. Creating violent content with the character MEAST or the voicebanks.

  3. Religious content is accepted with Kido_en_PNG's permission.

The following content IS PROHIBITED:

  1. Creating any type of political content, may it be musical, artistic or literary.

  2. Criminal or illegal content.

  3. Underage sexual content.

  4. Any content created with MEAST that promotes hate against individual persons or groups of people.

Disclaimer

Kido_en_PNG is not responsible of  any of the following:

  1. Damage, incidents or loss by the user from downloading the voicebanks.

  2. Damage, incidents or loss by the user from using the character.

  3. Damage, incidents or loss that occurs to any third party as a result of the usage of MEAST's voicebank and/or character.
